I am a highly experienced Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I have an eclectic and pluralistic approach, integrating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Hypnotherapy depending on the needs of clients.

I offer safe, secure and confidential therapies and counselling in a warm, understanding and caring environment in East London. In addition, I also offer courses and workshops on mindfulness to, individuals, groups and schools.
